Our cast iron back plates are mainly for commercial vehicle brake pads, including heavy duty trucks, buses and trailers etc.
The material of Brake Pads Cast Back Plates is casting iron. We use the high grade cast iron to make sure a good stable performance for Brake Pads Cast Back Plates. We’ve been in the industry for decades, and our customers are covering most of European, American and African market. We also gain many patents for cast iron brake pads backing plates, and keep innovation every year.
With strict quality control during foundry and CNC machining processes, our cast iron back plates possesses many advantages.
First of all, the hexagonal shape pins at back is our innovation and advantage. The hexagonal shape pins could increase the contact areas between Brake Pads Cast Back Plates and the friction materials and the shearing performance is perfect.
Second, we choose the ductile cast iron material to make sure the back plate weight is much lighter.
Also, our cast iron CV back plates have higher heat fatigue strength. We use QT600-10 to improve material strength in tough conditions.
